Security Engineering Supervisor in St Albans

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the security team’s on-site operations.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Apply in-depth technical knowledge to maintain and enhance security operations.
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of fire and security solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise within the security industry.
- Proven experience managing a team of engineers with a focus on quality customer service.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ambition to learn and progress within the role and the industry.
- Stable career history with residency within a 25-mile radius of St Albans or London.
