Retail Assistant at Luton Airport
Newstaff Employment is currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join a busy team based at Luton Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and previous retail experience to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
📍 Location: Luton Airport
💷 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
🕐 Shifts: Rotating pattern – early & late shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Support the store team with day-to-day retail operations
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Maintain a clean and organised retail space
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Must be able to work a rotating shift pattern: 2 shifts of 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 2 shifts of 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM | followed by 2 days off
- Must be able to travel to Luton Airport reliably for early and late shifts via public transport (no parking available)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
