Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a part-time Archivist to join a successful Luton based company.
The role is a job share and will be for 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm
Essential Attributes:
- Experience in archiving in a law firm would be ideal
- Strong IT skills in Excel and case management systems
- An understanding of the legal work environment is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- There is some heavy lifting of boxes and heavy files within this role
Key Tasks:
- Dealing with files sent for closure
- Updating relevant databases and client management systems
- Liaising with storage partners
- Management and recording of all fille retrievals
- Liaising with client regarding requests
- Ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times
- All other duties as required
Salary: Negotiable £24,000 pa to £27,000 pa (pro-rata) + excellent benefits package
