Key Account Manager in Birmingham
Newstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Key Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Birmingham.
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + excellent commission structure + extensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional support and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, targeting unrestricted areas and industries.
- Work closely with the Group Sales Director to meet sales goals, converting leads into long-term client relationships.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in client relationship management, sales, and project design within the fire and security sector.
- Experience in product and service development.
- Highly self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in client acquisition and relationship-building.
Working Hours:
- 9-day working fortnight, offering an optimal work-life balance.
