HR Administrator in St Albans

Newstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for an HR Administrator in St Albans.

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all recruitment and training administration, supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities.
• Assist in various HR projects as needed.
• Maintain and update electronic records, ensuring data accuracy.
• Organise inductions and respond to HR-related queries.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 12 months of administrative experience, ideally within an HR setting.
• Educated to degree level.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Working Hours:

• Full-time or a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible office hours from 8 am to 6 pm, with core hours between 10 am and 4:30 pm.
