Are you a passionate and skilled baker looking for your next opportunity? Our client is hiring dedicated Bakers to join a thriving bakery in Radlett.
- Location: Radlett
- Shift Times: Flexible shifts available, early starts will be from 4am
- Salary: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Start Date: Staring in March
- Permanent, Full-time, Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes to a high standard.
- Ensuring all products meet the company’s quality and presentation standards.
- Following health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Assisting with stock management and maintaining a clean workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a bakery or similar environment (at least 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, new ideas and recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- A team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
You drive or live close to the bakery in Radlett (WD7). There is no direct public transport links nearby but there is free parking on site.
